My name is Emma. Nice to meet you all. You will see me occasionally on here as I am the reason for the ‘s’ in ‘The Wannabes‘. More often than not I am behind the scenes as the photographer and whatnot, but today I wanted to give you a little insight into my secret bag of tricks.
As you will get to know me you will become aware that I am cheap. I do not want to spend money. But I love makeup. And Sephora is the motherland. However, sometimes the Sephora prices are not what we want to see. Am I right?
After eyeing up the NARS Kabuki Ita Brush which retails for $70 I decided that I wanted a brush with a similar shape to contour my cheekbones, chin, nose and temples. I love this style brush because it fits perfectly in the hollows of my cheeks and is dense enough that it concentrates the colour easily in one place. But what I love the most is the fact that I found one for only $6 ($64 savings). I introduce to you the ELF Cosmetics Contouring Brush #84035.
The picture below compares the two brushes with the ELF brush on the left and the NARS brush on the right.
This brush is my hidden gem. My friends can never believe that I found something fluffy, densely packed and wonderful for such a low price. My contour is always on fleek. I leave this with you in hopes that you won’t have to long over the Ita as I did for so long.
FYI: I bought this product myself and all opinions are my own
